public programs on International Relations

Public programs are the heartbeat of the Council. Since 1947, the Council has been a trusted source for in-depth, engaged dialogue and insights into international affairs. In more than 200 public programs per year, we offer an inside perspective that brings together the worlds of policy, business, and philanthropy, moving well beyond the headlines into the issues that are affecting the world.

Topics cover a broad spectrum of international concerns, including development, security, peace and conflict, global health, government policy, diplomacy, business, and economics. Venues range from intimate conversations at our San Francisco headquarters to large, special events with world leaders. Our programs are open to all members of the Council and the community.
